Is this legally binding?
No. It's a non-binding expression of interest. A real APS is only binding when both parties sign a standard-form agreement with lawyers off-platform.
What if the owner isn't on SoldWise?
We hold your interest in escrow and invite the owner to claim + verify their home. If they don't respond within 30 days, your interest expires and doesn't count against your weekly limit.
Do I need to disclose my finances?
You disclose what you'd disclose in any offer: price, deposit, financing type, and close date. Full pre-approval only comes into play when an owner responds and both parties move to APS.
Can I express interest anonymously?
The owner sees your name and messaging so they know you're a real buyer. Your email and phone are held private until the owner engages.
