What if I'm not the sole owner?
Verification confirms you are one of the registered owners. When it comes time to sign an APS, all owners on title must sign, same as any Canadian sale.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't verify your title (rare, usually due to a mismatch we can't resolve), we refund in full.
Is $99 the only cost?
Yes for homeowners. Realtors and brokerages have optional subscriptions for advanced tools; consumers never pay more than $99.
